Job Summary
Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent support and timely troubleshooting of issues. Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and monitor performance by generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI. Analyze results to identify improvement areas, optimize campaigns for better performance, and recruit new affiliates to expand the network. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored funnels and regularly review processes to enhance communication. This role reports directly to the Head of Partnerships within EverAI's Growth Team. Candidates must have 5+ years in affiliate marketing, proficiency in platforms like Everflow and Looker Studio, and fluency in English. The position is full-time, fully remote, and based in Greece.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
- Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment

- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- Adaptable - comfortable reprioritizing overnight when the landscape shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers and so on
- Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.)
- Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
- Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
- Experience with subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
