Job Summary
Senior Affiliate Business Development Manager focused on onboarding and retention of affiliates, KOLs and trading communities in the Netherlands and Western Europe. Responsibilities include proactively recruiting new affiliates, expanding the network of influencers and trading communities, driving user acquisition and trading activity through affiliate channels, managing partnerships and communications, collaborating with product to provide market insights, performing competitive analysis, and optimizing programs based on KPIs. Requirements include solid crypto affiliate marketing experience, proven ability to scale affiliate networks, strong project management, data-driven decision making, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a Dutch-language capability is a bonus. Required Qualifications
- Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
