Job Summary
Coach client teams on change management and backlog practices while negotiating with business owners, engineers, and product managers across large digital transformation projects. Deliver business and technical requirement reviews, manage product backlogs, and lead meetings to drive value realization and outcome-focused delivery. Work as a native French speaker, attending the Paris customer site for approximately three full days totaling 20 hours weekly. This role leverages deep AEM business expertise and Scrum Master skills to support productized API and content management implementations within agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience on large digital transformation projects
- Have a deep understanding of AEM from a business perspective and with standard methodologies around implementations
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Lead Business Consultant, and as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Understanding or experience in using productised APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
- Extensive Agile experience and with product backlog management
- Experience with Content Management implementations in large digital transformation projects
- Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
- Customer-centric approach
- Outcome mentality and strong ability to identify value realisation
- Demonstrated experience working with business users and senior stakeholders, software engineers, application architects and digital marketing agencies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills presenting outcome, sharing information, and leading meetings
- Native French speaker
- Prepared to attend the customer site in Paris
- 3 full days totalling 20 hours
