Job Summary
Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing responsible for leading automated and personalized marketing initiatives, aligning the marketing strategic vision with technology execution across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe), and driving omnichannel customer experiences. Will design and prioritize automated communication programs across the entire customer lifecycle, define and track KPIs, identify risks and mitigations, and contribute to change management. Requires strong expertise in marketing automation, CRM, data ecosystems (CDP, Snowflake), multichannel strategy, and knowledge of laws and consent requirements (Law 25, CASL, PIPEDA). Holds at least a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience (master’s and insurance-sector knowledge assets). Functional French proficiency desirable. Hybrid work environment; based in Quebec, with postings referencing Quebec City and Montreal locations.
