Job Summary
Senior Advisor, Real Property Relations responsible for leading landowner engagement, developing strategies for land agreements, coordinating with external partners including municipalities and government, producing high-level reports and presentations for project stakeholders and regulatory authorities, representing the Real Property Relations team in interdepartmental meetings, and providing leadership in cross-functional initiatives within Alto’s Canada-based high-speed rail project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, real estate, urban planning, political science, communication, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience with managing stakeholders or external partners relationships for complex projects
- Fluency in both Canadian official languages
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously to meet deliverable deadlines
- Proven ability to independently lead the drafting and presentation of strategic and administrative reports
