Job Summary
Senior Advisor P&C role based in Wellington, partnering with leaders to lift capability, performance, and engagement. Provides expert advice on employment relations and complex people issues, leads or supports organisational change and workforce planning, delivers HR projects, coaches leaders to build confidence and self-sufficiency, and ensures HR practices align with legislation and best practice. Role supports flexible working but is not fully remote; opportunities to contribute to talent management, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives within the EPA. Salary range NZD 103,473 – 155,209 per annum with relocation assistance available for those moving to New Zealand. Outcomes focus on confident leadership, proactive issue resolution, and value-added P&C initiatives across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience coaching and influencing people leaders
- Experience managing employment relations issues end-to-end
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
