Senior Advisor - Land Access

Job Summary
Manage an allocated portfolio of landholders and stakeholders to secure project access requirements and support delivery objectives. Prepare, negotiate, and execute land access agreements, tenure arrangements, and option documents to secure appropriate land tenure outcomes. Build trusted relationships with landholders, government agencies, consultants, and project teams while identifying and managing land access risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all activities comply with statutory obligations, internal policies, and governance requirements. Manage specialist service providers, including valuers and consultants, to support project delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in land access, land tenure, property, easements or a related discipline within infrastructure, energy, utilities, resources or similar project environments
- Proven experience negotiating land access agreements and securing tenure outcomes with landholders and other stakeholders
- Strong understanding of land access processes, tenure arrangements and compliance requirements
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex negotiations in project-based environments
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies associated with land access activities
- Ability and willingness to undertake periodic travel to project locations, to support stakeholder engagement and land access activities
- Current driver's licence
