Job Summary
Advise on HCP data strategy across regions including US, EU, UK, and emerging markets to improve engagement, decision-making, and commercial outcomes. Define modern, data-driven HCP engagement approaches and guide Next Best Action / decisioning strategies. Translate strategy into data product opportunities and experiments while providing industry benchmarks and best practices. Operate at a Director / Partner level to provide practical, experience-led guidance on what is possible, compliant, and effective in real-world pharma contexts. This advisory role focuses on senior stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes within the pharma and medical nutrition sector.
Required Qualifications
- 10–20+ years in pharma / life sciences consulting
- Experience with global pharma companies
- Strong knowledge of HCP engagement, CRM, and omnichannel strategies
- Deep understanding of regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR)
- Ability to operate at Director / Partner level
- HCP data ecosystems and regional differences
- Regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Next Best Action and engagement optimisation
- Commercial analytics and decision-making
