Job Summary
Senior Advisor Field Controls to lead and support field cost management across a construction portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating Field Control Analysts for WBS, budgets, contract documents and collaborator requirements; auditing LEM approvals; rolling out LEM tools to vendors; assisting FCAs with vendor issues; developing work assignments; coordinating progress reporting, cost control, forecasting, and earned value analysis; sourcing standard methodologies and harmonizing across work types while applying Organizational Change Management. Qualifications include university degree or related construction/operational training, 6+ years of relevant experience (9+ if no degree), and strong experience in cost and scheduling controls for multi-discipline projects in Oil & Gas, with familiarity in pipeline and terminal operations. Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) is required, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities. The role is hybrid within Enbridge’s FlexWork model, with potential for remote work options. Salary ranges from $96,000 to $130,000 USD for US locations, plus comprehensive benefits and policies as described. Required Qualifications
- University degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience
- 6 or more years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have construction experience related to cost and scheduling controls of multi discipline projects
- Oil and Gas industry related experience will be required
- Industrial Construction experience, and interfaces with the Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution, and Commissioning phases of the project are highly desirable
- General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Power BI, MS Office, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (i.e., Oracle/SAP)
- A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is preferred
