Job Summary
Senior Advisor, Executive Compensation provides strategic guidance on executive compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s business strategy. Advises senior leadership, HR partners, and the Compensation Committee on all aspects of executive pay design, governance, and disclosure; conducts benchmarking and market analysis; models offers and promotions; develops and administers executive pay plans; coordinates board materials; supports M&A-related compensation work and special projects; mentors HR teams on job descriptions and communications for compensation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience
