Senior Advisor, Exchange-Traded Fund Development

Lead and coordinate ETF development projects and initiatives, including new ETF launches and evolution of existing ETFs, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Ensure quality, performance and reliability of outsourced services, document and optimize processes to support growth of ETF activities, contribute to development projects of mutual funds, manage deadlines, risks and interdependencies, ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to operating standards, supervise key external providers, and produce progress reports and governance recommendations to improve policies, standards and models. Requires strong program/portfolio coordination, stakeholder management, experience with ETFs and mutual funds operating models, and advanced proficiency in English with French language knowledge preferred.
