Job Summary
Define and implement data management processes to ensure secure, compliant use of data for members and clients. Lead stakeholders in developing practices for complex, strategic data governance initiatives and recommend data use aligned with governance documents. Serve as a specialist advisor and coach for decision-making bodies, helping teams recognize data as a strategic asset. Coordinate sector-wide analysis of risks, gaps between governance documents and operational practices, and the development of standards, tools, and best practices. Monitor and communicate performance metrics regarding data governance maturity. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six years of relevant experience, and French language proficiency.
