Job Summary
Senior Advisor, Business strategies provides leadership in developing, evaluating and guiding strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. You will advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects; develop and update policies, standards, models and programs; identify issues and recommend actions to decision-makers; and represent the unit before decision-making bodies and external partners. The role emphasizes coordination with stakeholders, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior management, with responsibilities including shaping strategic directions, ensuring alignment with organizational architecture, and supporting transformation efforts. A Bachelor's degree and eight+ years of relevant experience are required, along with French language proficiency and strong English capabilities.
