Job Summary
Develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with organizational transformation, while monitoring performance and setting targets to improve service delivery. Lead complex, innovative strategic initiatives requiring comprehensive analysis of the organization and line of business, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple sectors. Advise clients and partners on planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects; develop policies, standards, and models to support unit initiatives. Represent the unit before decision-making bodies and external partners to negotiate agreements. Requires extensive field knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in French and English. This temporary 12-month role supports Desjardins's shift in business architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
