Job Summary
Senior Advisor, AI Strategy and Use Cases drives definition and deployment of Desjardins’ AI strategy within the Business Services sector, coordinating AI use case synchronization, organizing and co-hosting workshops to identify sector-specific AI needs, drafting mandate sheets, contributing to AI maturation and KPI definition, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives with AI specialists, shaping the AI solutions roadmap, and helping communicate a clear vision to business lines. The role involves collaborating with central teams, translating needs into concrete solutions, maintaining an AI opportunities backlog, and actively contributing to the AI community of practice, while staying informed on industry trends and advances in AI solution development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, data science, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of six years of experience in IT project management, AI or advanced analytics
- Experience in banking, insurance or business sectors (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI, ML and GenAI technologies
- Knowledge of data architecture, analytics platforms, ML pipelines and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is required
