Develop housing strategies and scenarios through portfolio analysis, need assessments, and multi-year housing plans for educational and social organizations. Lead projects from initiation to occupancy, managing risks, stakeholders, and budgets while guiding design concepts and functional requirements. Handle tendering and contracting for design, construction, and fit-out, and fill interim senior management roles as needed. Work 32-40 hours per week across the Netherlands, with a focus on the Randstad, on a one-year contract with extension options. Salary ranges from €4,115 to €7,429 based on 40 hours. Requires senior experience in housing or real estate, a bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications.
