Job Summary
Senior Advertising Account Manager role focused on managing a premium enterprise book and agency/advertiser relationships in Spain. Drive growth through upselling/cross-selling, act as a strategic consultant analyzing performance data and building custom insights to support account expansion. Own end-to-end campaign management from initial technical implementations and tracking frameworks to coordinating with internal Ad Ops for flawless launches. Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders across levels, partner with Sales for new logos, and provide cross-functional feedback to Product and Support teams. Requires 5+ years of client-facing experience in digital advertising (or 8+ years for client success track), native/fluent Spanish and strong English, excellent technical and analytical capabilities, and willingness to travel within the regional footprint. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing experience within digital advertising, online media, or premium ad-tech platforms (Senior Enterprise Account Manager) OR 8+ years for Client Success Lead
- Native or fluent in Spanish with excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent technological skills and ability to learn technical implementations and optimization (tracking frameworks, server-to-server/conversion API integrations)
- Strong relationship management and commercial negotiation skills within the ad-tech industry and media agencies landscape
- Willingness to travel across regional footprint
- Experience in strategic portfolio management, growth/upselling, and providing consultative insights
- Experience overseeing end-to-end campaign management and coordinating with Ad Ops for launches
- Ability to lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders including day-to-day planners and C-level executives
- Hybrid work preference with in-office collaboration
- Ability to collaborate with Sales Managers and Product/Support teams for tool refinement
