Job Summary
Conduct Workday implementations, optimizations, and integrations across clients by configuring HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management modules. Lead project management for end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and perform gap analyses to design scalable solutions. Optimize system performance, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while developing advanced reporting and analytics. Serve as the primary technical operator for hands-on configuration and integration efforts between Workday and ERP or CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday or a similar HRIS system
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced Workday certifications in relevant modules
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits Administration
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting
- Deep understanding of Workday's security features, business processes, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Workday implementation projects
- Strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
