Job Summary
Design and implement scalable SAP Fieldglass solutions by conducting business needs assessments, performing gap analyses, and developing end-to-end technical architectures for contingent workforce and services procurement. Lead customization, configuration, and integration strategies connecting SAP Fieldglass with ERP, HR, and finance systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and APIs. Oversee project lifecycles from inception to deployment, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver training while ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and continuous system optimization through scripting and workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant
- Strong focus on contingent workforce management, services procurement, and system integration
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions
- Deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass architecture, functionality, and best practices
- Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integration, and reporting
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting
- Deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass security features, business processes, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience managing complex SAP Fieldglass implementation projects
- Strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics
