Job Summary
Lead sourcing for BA products from concept to SOP, driving supplier milestones, early supplier involvement, and cost/quality targets. Manage supplier nominations, RFQs, BOM cost control, and hand-over to production; safeguard supplier risk exposure and participate in design-to-cost and cost-reduction activities. Coordinate the sourcing team to meet milestones, support category management, and ensure successful supplier nomination at PLC gate 55 and SOP. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Technical studies or equivalent, at least 3 years in purchasing, leadership experience, international collaboration, and advanced English.
Required Qualifications
- Education / Certification: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Technical studies or relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in Purchasing Function Project and/or Process Experience
- Leadership Experience
- Experience in working with international teams on purchasing issues
- Advanced English
