Senior/Advanced Project Manager- Civil

Manage projects and work streams within the Civil & Construction division, overseeing new business development to ensure efficient execution. Direct a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and drafters to achieve schedule, contract, regulatory, safety, health, and environment objectives. Coordinate site-specific planning and design activities while defining and monitoring resources and budgets. Work with design professionals to address commercial, safety, and environmental requirements. Execute trenching on public roads, reinstatements, and fibre cable installation and testing. Conduct site surveys and civils testing including Dynamic Cone Penetration, Duct Integrity, Continuity, Sponge, and Pressure tests. Ensure compliance with ICASA, SABIC Standard, and National Construction Code of South Africa. Requires 8 years of experience and relevant professional registration.
