Job Summary
Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer responsible for manufacturing feasibility assessments for product design and changes, project manage procurement and acceptance of equipment and tooling, facilitate implementation of production equipment and training, complete Process FMEA and manage RPN risks, assess ergonomic concerns and manage action items, support customer part needs through pilot/run-at-rate/testing and internal process sign-offs, and drive continuous improvement through established quality, safety, and compliance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 Minimum Years of Experience
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, process engineering, tooling, or similar
- Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces
- Required Education Level Bachelor's Level Degree
- Science Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering
- Plastics or Engineering Technology required (BSME or BSMET or similar)
