Senior Advanced Contracts Specialist

Job Summary
Manage contractual agreements with customers and subcontractors by drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts while ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Act as the focal point for all contractual communications, advising the business team on contract developments and negotiating within business goals. Monitor performance for scope changes, manage the change process, and collaborate with program managers to mitigate risks. Execute engagements consistent with policies, review subcontractor proposals, and prepare Request for Proposal documentation. Provide domain expertise and innovative recommendations on contracting and programmatic issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. Government security investigation eligibility
- Eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship

- Strong knowledge of applicable federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Experience with prime contractors or subcontractors across various contract types
- Strong experience reviewing and analyzing contract or subcontract documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions, and other provisions
