Senior Admissions Counselor, Arts &Sciences Academic Recruitment and Enrollment

Senior Admissions Counselor will manage recruitment territories, coordinate specialized programmatic areas, support cross-functional recruitment initiatives, and serve as a peer leader/mentor for Admissions Counselors and student ambassadors. Responsibilities include representing the College of Arts and Sciences at high school visits, college fairs, community events, and on-campus activities; traveling (extensively in fall and spring) to coordinate travel to college fairs and school visits; utilizing CRM data to track interactions and inform strategy; leading initiatives to expand college access and representation among diverse student populations; overseeing projects with campus partners; and guiding applicants through the admission process with data-driven decisions.
