Job Summary

Manage front desk operations, phone enquiries, and visitor support while coordinating meeting room bookings, office resource allocation, and facility maintenance. Liaise with building management and external providers for maintenance, oversee stationery and inventory, and coordinate mail and courier services. Provide administrative support to the Clinical Council, Clinical Engagement team, and primary care business unit, including event coordination, catering arrangements, and minute-taking. Support workplace inspections, incident reporting, hazard management, and WHS documentation. Maintain first aid and emergency equipment inventories and assist with new employee inductions. Requires tertiary certificate or equivalent, advanced Microsoft skills, and flexibility for out-of-hours work.

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary Certificate or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as senior administrator role with a customer focused function
