Job Summary
Senior Administrator providing quality client service and administrative support in Windhoek. Responsible for delivering accurate information on products and policies, mentoring less experienced consultants, handling general office duties (cd scheduling, travel plans, correspondence, data collection and reporting), ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards, and supporting stakeholders with meetings, documentation, budgeting, and data analysis to drive production targets.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- minimum of 25 points
- 2 – 3 years customer service experience
- Analytical and client care skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of business products and systems
