Job Summary
Support investor onboarding by collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing. Maintain accurate investor records, shareholder registers, and data within internal systems while processing transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers with high accuracy. Coordinate investor reporting, distributions, and communications to meet agreed timelines, and collaborate with Accounting teams on capital calls and broader servicing activities. Monitor and maintain FATCA/CRS documentation in line with regulatory requirements, identify potential risks, and escalate matters appropriately. Act as a key point of contact for investor queries, building strong relationships with clients and investors.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, investors and colleagues at all levels
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
- A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn, grow and support junior team members where required
- Strong professional judgement, integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality service while adhering to regulatory and company standards
- Must be able to work in a globally hybrid environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- ACAMS, ICSA or ACCA qualification (full or partial)
