Job Summary
The Senior Administrator in Human Resources will manage the full employee cycle process, including onboarding, termination, and payroll tasks. Responsibilities include preparing contracts, maintaining employee files, managing payroll reports, and overseeing benefits administration, requiring knowledge of labor law. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of Polish HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English. Experience with Workday and MS Office is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in Polish HR
- Very good command of English B2 minimum
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Decision making and solving issue skills
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Proactive and positive approach
Desired Qualifications

- Very good knowledge of MS Office - especially in Excel, Outlook, Teams
