Job Summary
Lead the development, execution, and record-keeping of partnership agreements while coordinating program design across academic departments. Provide administrative, scheduling, and logistical support for the Partnerships unit, including drafting communications, planning events, and managing financial processes. Design internal workflows to ensure alignment and continuity of partnership activities. Support the Family of Schools with scheduling, communications, and newsletter development. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in partnership management or higher education administration. Salary range is $25.87 - $32.31. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in program coordination, partnership management, higher education administration, or a related field
- demonstrated responsibility for coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Experienced in budgets, contracts, and financial processes
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across teams, departments, or organizations to support program or partnership implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and coordinate communications across diverse stakeholders
- Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in web-based systems, databases, or project tracking tools
