Job Summary
Senior Administrative Assistant to support VP and senior directors with calendar management, meeting planning (agenda, location, Teams), and post-meeting actions. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, off-site logistics, and expense processing; acting as a communications proxy with internal/external executives; assisting with travel arrangements and analytics support; creating PowerPoint decks for internal meetings; assisting with BOD prep alongside EC members. May work full-time in office or follow Hershey’s Best of Both hybrid schedule (remote on Mondays and Fridays). Key skills include advanced word processing and software proficiency (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SAP, SharePoint, Copilot), multiarea prioritization, executive interaction, proactive thinking, analytical ability, and excellent communication and confidentiality. Minimum education of associate degree or higher preferred; 3+ years administrative experience and executive support is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
- At least 3 years progressive administrative experience; experience supporting executives highly preferred
