Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Arrange travel accommodations, prepare itineraries, and coordinate group travel logistics for colleagues in a sales environment. Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and client meeting-room bookings across U.S. time zones, while preparing and submitting expense reports in accordance with corporate policies. Support event planning and execution, including catering, private-room bookings, and restaurant reservations, alongside providing onboarding and offboarding assistance. Create and edit documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in line with style guidelines. Partner with Broking Support Services leadership to improve processes and efficiency across the region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Experience with meeting and event planning
- Outlook calendar management
- International travel arrangements
- Expense management
- Expertise in Word
- Expertise in Excel
- Expertise in PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed
