Job Summary

Senior Administrative Assistant in Consumer and Community Banking who maintains complex calendars, screens calls, coordinates internal and external meetings, arranges domestic and international travel, organizes internal/external events (including catering and transportation), processes invoices and T&E expenses, assists with staff onboarding/offboarding, produces high-quality emails for executives, maintains department documents and org charts, handles routine activities proactively, and assists with editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires at least three years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, discretion in confidential matters, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience supporting at the Managing Director level is preferred; college degree is a plus. Role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri).

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (calendar management)
