Job Summary
Senior Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support requiring initiative and a broad knowledge of the organization’s operations; may direct and/or coordinate the work of other clerical staff. Responsibilities include drafting reports, letters, minutes, budgets, and other materials with minimal supervision, supporting executive-level staff, and contributing to administrative functions in a hospital setting. Must have strong organizational, spelling and punctuation skills, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; adherence to privacy and conduct policies (HIPAA) and professional demeanor are required. Required Qualifications
- Two years of college or technical education required and/or college degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of administrative assistant experience, preferred
- Experience working for/with executive-level staff members required and other leadership
- Previous experience providing support to upper management & related skills required for education waiver
- Previous experience in hospital setting preferred

- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer
