Job Summary
Senior Administrative Assistant in Asset and Wealth Management supporting executive-level stakeholders. Core duties include maintaining complex calendars, screening incoming calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing internal and external events (including catering and transportation), processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup and system access), producing high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels, maintaining department documents (current organizational charts and Executive Bio’s), handling routine activities without prompting, and advising in advance on issues or delays. Required skills include strong calendar management, communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience supporting at the Managing Director level is a plus; college degree is a plus; role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri). Note: Columbus, OH, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Five years administrative experience
- Advanced organizational ability
- Discretion and good judgment with confidential matters
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (calendar management)
