Job Summary
Facilitate administrative and special projects, compose correspondence, and develop meeting agendas while tracking decisions from Board and medical staff meetings. Coordinate events, manage office supplies, and field visitors and calls to refer them to appropriate individuals. Proofread documents, utilize systems for Board documentation maintenance, and interact with local, state, and national organizations. Manage schedules with the Executive Assistant to ensure daily coverage and identify areas for administrative efficiency improvement. Full-time position with $22-25/hour; Associate degree or certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification equivalent
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
