Job Summary
Senior Administrative Assistant in the Consumer & Community Banking team, based in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events (catering/transportation), processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding, producing high-quality emails/messages, maintaining department documents (org charts, Executive Bios), handling routine activities with proactive issue/adherence communication, and assisting with editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires at least three years of administrative experience, exceptional organizational ability, discretion with confidential information, strong written/oral communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting at the Managing Director level and a college degree as a plus. Note: role is five days onsite (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid option.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (e.g., calendar management)
