Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an admin or purchasing team
  • Comprehensive knowledge in measuring, managing and reporting admin & purchasing policy compliance
  • Proven influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal customers, management and external suppliers
  • Ability to conduct high-level discussions with C-level and upper management
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate specific reasoning behind established policies, procedures and compliance
  • Strong customer service skills which applies to all elements of a admin and purchasing activities
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Ability to re-engineer operations and procedures, formulate policy and initiatives
  • Ability to develop and implement customer relations plans to improve service levels and response times
  • Can maintain and utilize automated services management systems and workflow tools
  • Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner and work independently with little supervision
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude during busy times and follow direction and set priorities
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced, demanding environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including ability to: create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents including integrating data points from various databases into all Microsoft Office tools
