  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and databases
  • Payroll administration experience (KRONOS)
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage customer payments and reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Oversee telesales operations
  • Process freight and non-trade expense invoices
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and deliver outcomes efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset and process improvement
