Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and databases
- Payroll administration experience (KRONOS)
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage customer payments and reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Oversee telesales operations
- Process freight and non-trade expense invoices
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to prioritise, plan and deliver outcomes efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset and process improvement
