Job Summary
Manage the full client lifecycle from seamless onboarding to professional exit, ensuring every transition is handled with care, accuracy, and full compliance. Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing engagement and disengagement letters, conducting AML/CTF checks, identity verification, and risk assessments. Set up new clients in practice management systems and manage file transfers, archiving, and final billing for departing clients. Liaise with partners, client service teams, and external advisors to ensure smooth operations. This role is essential for maintaining RSM's reputation as a trusted advisor, supporting the firm's commitment to integrity and client satisfaction across Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Year 12
- Significant experience in a corporate secretarial, corporate governance or compliance role
- Administrative or client service experience
- Understanding of the Corporations Act, ASIC and Trust requirements
- Understanding of AML/CTF compliance and legislation
- Highly organised and collaborative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, APS or XPM and CAS360
- Understanding of ATO online services and public practice workflows
