Job Summary
Senior Adjudicator role responsible for adjudicating LIHEAP/USF applications and other energy-savings programs in accordance with DCA LIHEAP regulations. Apply regulations in a state-run system to determine eligibility for energy assistance programs, provide information/referral to other departments and outside agencies, maintain participant files, coordinate with partner organizations, and support outreach events and program development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Associates degree or higher preferred with a degree in social work or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in human services or nonprofit organizations (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (required)
- Driver's license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
