Senior Acumatica Implementation Lead

Job Summary
Lead the organization through the final phases of a company-wide Acumatica implementation, driving user adoption, testing, and a successful go-live. Partner with executive leadership and the implementation partner to maintain project momentum, execute User Acceptance Testing, and resolve configuration issues. Provide hands-on coaching and training to end users while developing documentation and standard operating procedures to support long-term success. Identify workflow improvements and recommend additional functionality to maximize platform investment. This role requires significant onsite involvement during critical implementation stages, with potential to transition into a permanent position for ongoing optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple successful Acumatica ERP implementations through go-live
- Strong functional knowledge of Acumatica Financials and Distribution
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience delivering end-user training and supporting organizational change during ERP implementations
- Strong business process analysis and workflow optimization experience
- Ability to quickly understand end-to-end business operations and translate operational needs into effective ERP solutions
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, operational teams and end users
- Outstanding communication, organization and project leadership skills
- The confidence to influence others, drive accountability and keep complex projects moving forward
- Significant onsite presence during the most critical stages of the implementation
- Substantial onsite involvement during the initial implementation and user adoption period
- Periodic onsite travel over approximately six months to support testing, training, go-live activities and post-implementation optimization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within construction, industrial distribution, equipment rental or related industries
- Bilingual English/Spanish
