Job Summary
Senior Actuarial Specialist responsible for valuation reporting of life wrapped products for the Wealth segment, contributing to consolidated financial reporting (IFRS9, SAM, SCR, regulatory reporting). Perform actuarial model development and maintenance, identify process improvements, and participate in projects (EaR, ORSA) to influence reporting across OML teams. Requires strong analytical and technical actuarial skills, ability to communicate complex results to stakeholders, and independent, deadline-driven execution. Proficiency in Excel; Prophet experience advantageous; experience with SAM and capital modelling advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified/nearly qualified actuary with good exam progress
- At least 4 years actuarial experience
- Exposure to life insurance reporting
- Strong analytical and technical actuarial skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex results
- Attention to detail and strong control mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Self-starter who shows initiative and can drive projects to completion
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and reprioritize
