Senior Actuarial Data Systems Analyst

Senior Actuarial Data & Systems Analyst responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Actuarial Systems Data Marts and for delivering technical data support and solutions. Performs monthly data refreshes, financial validations and quality assurance checks to support Actuarial reporting and analytics. Independently analyze business problems or opportunities; develop recommendations, implement solutions, and communicate actions and results. Develop decision support solutions including medical and pharmacy claim financial data builds, data extracts, reports, data mart tables, views and analysis. Ensures financial granular detail data is auditable, snapshotted and stored for audits. Establishes vendor and inter-departmental relationships to ensure data accuracy. Acts as lead for multiple application areas, including data definitions, file structure, code and business rules. Provides technical leadership and application expertise to project teams and related activities. Plans and serves as a key liaison with business areas during development and implementation. Delivers detailed configuration expertise to customers and partners and provides analytical support for projects to meet business goals. Bonus points for SQL development/analysis and healthcare data analytics experience, including Government and Commercial lines experience; Facets experience a plus; leadership of project teams required.
