Senior Actuarial Analyst, Commercial Pricing

Job Summary
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Head Office and the field to develop tailored analytical solutions. Maintain and enhance SAS-based pricing processes while driving automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Lead rate reviews across commercial products and collaborate with Data Science teams to develop predictive models that improve pricing accuracy. Coach and mentor junior analysts and co-op students to support the growth of the Small Business portfolio. Translate complex analytical concepts into clear business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Minimum 3 years of P&C actuarial experience, preferably in pricing
- Completion of at least 3 SOA or CAS exams, with continued progress toward designation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in programming and data analysis
