Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and acquire properties for interim use projects independently. Lead projects from initial contact to successful closure, creating calculations, business plans, and pitches for owners and decision-makers. Negotiate terms and contracts on equal footing with owners, management, and authorities while building strategic relationships and expanding your network. Develop innovative usage concepts for diverse properties and conduct regular field visits for inspections and negotiations. Manage deals ranging from CHF 250,000 to 2 million annually. Required Qualifications
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung in Akquisition, Immobilien, Vertrieb oder Geschäftsentwicklung
