Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger and monthly close across multiple legal entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation/review of financial statements. Works with Controller on audit support and the company’s transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). Key responsibilities include bank reconciliations, intercompany activity, tax filings, internal controls, and collaboration with AP/AR/Operations. Requires 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, multi-entity exposure, ERP experience (D365FO preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish preferred for communication with foreign agents and teams across Latin America. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required.
- CPA, CMA, or active progress toward CPA certification is a strong plus; Master’s in Accounting or related field is an additional plus.
