Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary
Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for end-to-end AR across multiple countries, acting as SME for AR processes, handling dunning and debt recovery, and driving AR improvements including automation initiatives. Role requires coordinating with Finance, Customer Service, IT and other stakeholders, supporting onboarding and mentoring within the team, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Must have a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 4+ years in AR or related finance roles, hands-on SAP/ERP experience, and fluent English plus another European language. Hybrid work model in Poland (Wroclaw) with office/home arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or comparable finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and end-to-end AR processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system
- Fluent English and at least one additional European language
