Job Summary
Manage customer payment application, AR aging, and collections across multiple platforms while leading resolution of unapplied cash, credits, refunds, and disputed balances. Own AR reserves, aging analysis, DSO reporting, and collections metrics to drive cash flow improvements. Process high-volume billing, invoicing, and enterprise customer POs, including portal submissions, and prepare AR and revenue reconciliations to support month-end close and audit requests. Mentor an Accounts Receivable Analyst and partner cross-functionally to improve Order-to-Cash processes end to end. This senior individual-contributor role offers real end-to-end ownership for a growing US-based brand in the branded merchandise and e-commerce fulfillment space, with direct exposure to a US finance team and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Order-to-Cash, including high-volume invoicing/collections
- Strong Excel skills — comfortable with data manipulation, reporting, and reconciliation
- Experience with an accounting/ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Willing and able to work the required core shift aligned to US business hours
- Able to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Desired Qualifications
- prior night-shift experience is a plus but not required
- No US-based work experience required — international experience with global or US-facing clients is welcome
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Prior experience working a US-aligned night shift
- Experience supporting a business through a systems transition or migration
