Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable and Credit team, overseeing AR operations (cash applications, collections, billing support, refunds, deductions, disputes), and credit management (risk evaluation, credit limits, terms). Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow, partner with Sales/CS/Accounting to resolve claims, monitor AR metrics, support month-end close, maintain AR systems and internal controls, and drive process improvements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and prior AR leadership experience. On-site in San Marcos, California; 40+ hours/week; salary $100,000–$110,000; post-offer background check and related requirements. Benefits included on day one.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years’ progressive experience in Accounts Receivable and 4+ years Supervising a team
