Senior Accounts Receivable Associate, Accounting Shared Services

Job Summary
Process customer invoices and monitor incoming payments in SAP S/4HANA to ensure timely and accurate handling. Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls while collaborating with Sales, Controlling, HR, and IT departments. Contribute to documentation and standardization of AR procedures across Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, and Switzerland. Mentor less experienced colleagues and coordinate task distribution within the team. Requires 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or general accounting with proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration
- 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good English skills (written and oral)
